Rexco’s Formula Five Semi-Permanent Mold Releases Now Available on Four
Continents
Beijing, China, September 12, 2007
Rexco Mold Care Products announced at The 13th
China Composites Expo
that their new semi-permanent system of mold release agents is now
available through distribution on four continents. Since the introduction
of the Formula Five Semi-Permanent Mold Release System, composites end
users that have tested the system are asking distributors to stock the
material. Composites One LLC, made Formula Five Semi-Permanent Mold
Releases available to North American customers in August 2007.
Formula Five Semi-Permanent Mold Releases offer the FRP/GRP/GRC
manufacturer lower labor costs and improved part quality compared to
traditional sacrificial mold releases. The key features and benefits are:
Wipe-on Leave-on application that is simple and quick to use; and less
mold build-up giving better part quality and less mold down time. These
semi-permanent mold releases provide for multiple releases which means
lower labor per part and no transfer to the finished part that could
impede post-finishing or post-bonding of parts.
