dIRECTIONS FOR USE
• Mix well before use as PARTALL® POWER Glossy Liquid Mold Release may separate in storage container
• Keep from freezing and store below 100 °F (39 °C)
Consult Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) prior to use. PARTALL® POWER Glossy Liquid Mold Release should always be used in a well-ventilated area with appropriate personal protection equipment, including resistant gloves and eye protection. Use NIOSH approved respirator in unventilated areas.
Wipe-On: Apply using a clean lint-free cotton cloth or high quality paper towel. The cloth or towel should be wet but not dripping. Wipe PARTALL® POWER Liquid Mold Release on mold, leaving an even wet coat. Once the water starts to evaporate (about 30 - 60 seconds) use a clean cloth or towel to very lightly wipe the area in a circular motion to redistribute - do not wipe dry or attempt to polish at this point.
The release coating should appear completely dry in another 30 - 60 seconds. At this time use a soft clean cotton cloth to polish the surface to a high gloss shine. If the material balls or gums up you have started polishing too soon. For initial use apply a scond coat in the same manner and then reapply one or two coats as required during molding process.
